The Last Oasis

The story is set in the year 2080, where the Earth is facing an apocalyptic event due to floods and dryness. The character Ava, who is in a spacecraft, and main character Jack, who is on Earth trying to save the Planet. They both are trying to start a Terraform device that can change the climate and make the planet habitable again. The Terraform device is a circular shaped device that requires three tubes, containing water, air, soil.
However, they face obstacles in starting the Terraform device as it requires mixture of soil of alive and dead planet, which is missing. Eventually, Jack contacts Ava, and they start to argue about their previous attempt to save the planet. Jack is skeptical and does not trust Ava’s plan, but Ava convinces him to listen to her. She tells Jack that the teleport device can be used to transport the Terraform device wherever it is on earth. But Jack reminds Ava that he does not have a power source and interdimensional travel is complicated. However Jack hopeless attempt of kicking the teleport device works and it starts working. Ava could end up lost in space. As Ava is working on the device Evi the AI comes with a solution of the missing element in the Terraform device. Ava starts the interdimensional travel and reaches the earth atmosphere, she doesn’t get a good feeling from what she see. The time is running out and they rush into Ava spaceship to get the wire to power up the Terraform device.
Jack decides that he will go out with the wire to connect it to the Terraform device and asks Ava to stay back to switch it on, here we see Jack character to have a change. Jack rushes towards the Terraform device with heavy wind blowing around him, unfortunately one of the tube gets hit by stone and the water starts dripping out. Jack starts running towards his bunker and grabs the bucket and starts running back but he trips down, he sips the water from ground and starts running towards Terraform device and spits it in. We see barren land slowly converting into fertile, and a plant growing slowly, they watch in amazement as vegetation starts to sprout, and creatures begin to appear. Ava and Jack become a good friends and continue their journey to save other world.
